If a Random Sounds user wishes to transfer one or more releases from their Random Sounds distributed catalog to another user, they must make a request through the Random Sounds support team.
Important: This process does NOT transfer royalties generated by the release until the time of release transfer. Only the new royalties from the transferred release will go to the balance of the user receiving the transferred release.
The user who wants to transfer the releases must send an email to [email protected] with the following:

I, [name of the user], would like to request a transfer of releases to another Random Sounds account.

You will receive a response from the Random Sounds support team confirming receipt of your release transfer request, and then a notification when the releases have been successfully transferred.
The estimated time for this request is 2 to 5 business days.
