✍️ Step-by-step tutorial
Step 1: Open the Releases page under the Support category.
Step 2: Apply the Review filter under the Status option.
Step 3: Select the release we want to review and approve. We have to do this with process with each release.
Step 4: When we’re in the Release overview page, we click the Edit button.
Here we can check that everything is correct, or change something if it’s necessary.
Step 5: Assign codes for the release. We have to auto assign:
A Catalog Number for the Release
An UPC code for the Release
An ISRC code for each Track
Assigning UPC and ISRC codes is not necessary in case a release is a migration from another distributor, as the release will already have these codes.
Step 6: We hit the Send Release for Approval button, and that’s it! Random Sounds’ team will handle it from here.
