Distributing hundreds or thousands of releases manually is a big job, so we created a bulk release import tool for Random Sounds.
To use the tool, we need you to prepare two things:
1. Metadata Sheet
The first step is to import the release metadata into the system.
To do this, we need you to download or make a copy of our metadata form and complete it with the catalog data to import.
It is one row for each track to import.
2. File Structure
To import the files into the system, we need you to create the files in the following order:
📁 ImportId
| 📁 upc
| | 🎵 upc_numDisc_numTrack.wav
| | 🎵 upc_numDisc_numTrack.wav
| | 🎵 upc_numDisc_numTrack.wav
| | 🖼️ upc.jpg
