KYC Process for new White Label accounts

The KYC process for new accounts using the White Label service includes the following steps:

1. Complete the KYC Form

During the demo process, you’ll receive a link to complete the form with the necessary information for the contract.

The form requires:

  • Company or individual details

  • Signatory information

  • Selected plan

  • Key account contacts

  • Detailed catalog information (metadata)

  • Previous income information

2. Identity Verification

Once the form is completed, you’ll receive an automatic email with a link to verify your identity. This process includes:

  • Verifying your email with a code

  • Taking a photo of your ID (front and back)

  • Taking a selfie photo

3. Security Questions

A member of our Legal & Fraud Prevention team will contact you to request additional information about your operations and knowledge regarding your knowledge and implementation of:

  • Your catalog’s Quality Control process

  • Your own KYC process with clients
