All users of Random Sounds' services agree to follow our Content Guidelines when using our service to distribute music.
We take Quality Control and Fraud Prevention very seriously, and Music Platforms do too. Persistent and repeated guidelines violations could lead to further actions, for example, but not limited to, suspension or termination of our agreement.
This list will be updated as necessary to protect our Deals with our Partner Music Platforms.

Content which you own the copyright or have the license to distribute
You may be requested for supporting documentation for the content you distribute.
❌ You can't distribute:
Any content (music, images, artist names) that you don't own the copyright or have a license to distribute
Image and likeness of artists without their signed authorization
Sped-up, Slowed or edited versions of popular content
Duplicate Album Artwork / Metadata
⚠️ You can't distribute to Micro-Sync Platforms:
Content licensed from another party on a non-exclusive basis
Content released under Creative Commons or similar free of charge/open licenses
Clips from other sources used under fair use principles
Video gameplay footage (by other than the game’s publisher)
Ambient, meditation, new age, yoga, or sleep music
Production loops
Soundbeds
Sound effects
Karaoke tracks
Classical music recordings of compositions in the public domain
DJ sets or continuous mixes
Spoken word recordings
Comedy recordings
Film recordings (that are not the musical score to a film)
Speeches
Prayer recordings
Audiobooks
Generic/Common sounds
Non-exclusive beats
Podcasts
Nature or wildlife recordings
Ambient sound recordings
Noise
Recordings or descriptions of sexual acts
Most of these types of content will be automatically blocked by our system, do not try to circumvent these restrictions!
