Steps to create your distribution service with our White Label service

Starting a new distributorship is an exciting challenge!

At Random Sounds we want to accompany you in every process, so we show you a step-by-step guide of everything you need to start your distributor account with our White Label service.


Step 1: Learn more and compare the plans

The first step is to see what we offer. Visit our white label website and compare the plans to choose the one that best suits your needs:

Step 2: Complete the initiation form

You already know us, now we want to know you 😃

To do this we need you to complete the form on our website with your information.

Step 3: Try the Demo and ask your advisor questions

After we receive your data, we will assign you a commercial advisor to help you in this process.

Your advisor will contact you by email to give you access to:

  • Link to a demo of the web application

  • Web application video demo

This is the ideal time to view and test the system's functionalities. If you have questions, take advantage of this moment to clear all your doubts with your advisor.

Step 4: Complete the KYC form and verify your identity

Once you’re ready to move forward with the service, you’ll need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, where our Legal & Fraud Prevention team verifies that you are eligible to use the service.

This process has 3 steps:

  • Complete the KYC form

  • Identity verification

  • Security questions

Step 5: Sign the service contract

Once Legal & Fraud Prevention team finalizes the KYC process, you will receive an email with the service contract, pre-filled with the company information you provided, along with the plan configuration details.

To proceed, you must sign the contract online.

Step 6: Pay for service setup

Once the Contract is signed by both parties, you will receive an email containing a payment link. You can securely complete the service configuration payment through our trusted payment processor, Stripe.

Due to our launch promotion, the cost of setting up the service is 50% off!

Now: 495 USD

Step 7: Complete information necessary to create the account

After signing the contract, you will receive by email a link with everything necessary for our team to configure your account.

You must complete information in these categories:

  • Web Configuration

  • Distribution

  • Branding

  • Integrations

  • Legal

Step 8: Set up domain or sub-domain

You will need to make two DNS configurations on your domain to:

  1. Point it to our server (Tutorial)

  2. Authorize our email provider (We will send you this data by email)

Step 9: Pay the Plan subscription and we activate the account

Once everything is ready, we will send you the Stripe link to start the subscription to the plan you chose.

When the payment has been made, we will activate your account and give you administrator privileges to the users you indicate.

Step 10: Migrate your catalog and invite your team and users

Ready! Your White Label account will now be active. ✅

Now you can:

  • Add the link of your web system to your communications

  • Import your catalog

  • Invite your internal team and assign them roles

  • Invite your users

We recommend waiting for the onboarding email from our Support and Quality Control Team before you start uploading your releases.
