Consistent with Random Sounds Policy on AI, AI-generated content is prohibited for delivery to DSPs with our service, where Random Sounds detects, knows or has reason to believe that the relevant recording(s) have been created wholly or primarily by AI model(s) trained on copyright protected sound recordings without a license from the applicable copyright owner(s).
Random Sounds will NOT distribute, under any circumstances, songs and releases that include music generated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) without a training license. This includes popular AI-platforms like Suno and Udio.
We do NOT distribute music generated partially or totally with tools such as:
Suno
Udio
Mureka
Any other AI model(s) trained on copyright protected sound recordings without a license from the applicable copyright owner(s).

AI Platform Licenses Do Not Guarantee Distribution
Random Sounds, as well as any music distributor, reserves the right NOT to distribute content that does not follow its Content Guidelines.
The fact that an artificial intelligence platform grants a license for personal or commercial use does not guarantee that the generated music can be distributed by Random Sounds or any other distributor.
Unlicensed Artist Vocals
The use of artist vocals without a signed license or written authorization from the performer is strictly prohibited.
If our Quality Control team or our Anti-Fraud tools detect that a user is attempting to distribute music with vocal filters from popular artists for which they do not have a license, we will reject the release, block the user, and remove their entire catalog.
