How do I request a royalty payout?
To request a withdrawal of your royalties, follow these steps:
Log in to your Random Sounds account
Go to the Royalties section in your dashboard
Click on Request Payout or Request Withdrawal
Confirm the amount you wish to withdraw
Our finance team will receive your request and contact you with the billing details for invoicing
💡 The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USD. Make sure you have a minimum available balance to request a withdrawal.
How long does the payment process take?
The payment process follows these estimated timelines:

💡 Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the transfer receipt.
What currency will I receive payment in?
Royalties are accumulated in US dollars (USD). If your bank account is in a different currency, the payment will be converted at the exchange rate in effect at the time of transfer. Our team will confirm the applied exchange rate before processing the payment.
What billing information do I need for the invoice?
Once you request a payout, you will need to issue an invoice with the following details:

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my payout request is still “pending”?
If your request has been pending for more than 7 business days, contact our support team. We will check the status with the finance team and provide you with an update.
Can I request a payout without issuing an invoice?
An invoice is required to process the payment. Without it, the finance team cannot complete the transfer.
Where can I see my payout history?
You can check the history of your payout requests and completed payments in the Royalties section of your account.
How often can I request a payout?
You can request a royalty payout whenever you want, as long as you have an available balance above the minimum withdrawal amount.
