Creating a royalty advance in Random Sounds White Label is very simple. Here’s how:

1. Go to Backstage and then to Payouts.
2. Select Register Payout.
3. Choose the option Without a Payout Request.
4. Fill out the form:
User: The user who will receive the advance
Payout method: Select the payment method from the list of your available payout methods
Commission of the payout method: The payout method’s commission (the default value will be loaded according to the method, but you can edit it).
Net amount: Net amount of the advance
Payout date: Date of the advance payment
Remarks: Any additional comments (this field is visible to the user)
5. Leave the checkbox Do not debit the balance of this user unchecked.
6. Click Create.
And that’s it! The net amount plus the payout method commission will be deducted from the user’s balance. This may result in the user having a negative balance.
A negative balance will automatically be repaid with 100% of the royalties the user generates on the platform.
