If you downloaded your royalty reports in CSV format and want to calculate the distributor’s commission amount, here’s how to do it.
1 - Exclude split rows
Exclude the rows where the Parent Sale ID column is not blank.
Why?
If a row has a number in this column, that row contains split data.
This step isn’t necessary if your White Label account doesn’t have the royalty splits feature enabled.
2 - Subtract the amount credited to the user’s balance from the amount after withholding
Subtract the sum of the Net Amount after User Contract column from the sum of the Net Amount after Tenant Withholding column.
The result is the distributor’s commission amount.
